Refund Policy

YourShare Pro

YourShare offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, YourShare Pro, available monthly or annually. The Dashboard, allocation and performance charts, and CSV/trade-log export are free for every account with no subscription required.

Billing

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Loic Muller never receives or stores your payment details, and does not bill you directly.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple's standard refund process. Apple's platform rules mean Loic Muller cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases, and has no visibility into or control over Apple's refund decisions.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in the app (tap your initials, top left ▸ Subscription ▸ Manage Subscription), or from your Apple ID's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Your data is never deleted when a subscription lapses — everything you've added stays visible, and only new additions above the free plan's limits are paused until you resubscribe or fall back under those limits.
